• Property Management: 9% of Gross Monthly Rent per month

• Interview and screen the best possible tenant for your property. Tenant screening services include (i.e.) verify employment, verify past court records for late payments, pull credit and criminal background checks and verify rental history.
• Provide quarterly in- house inspections conducted.
